Once you are signed in you may meet account words such as balance, dealer and account level. This page explains each term from the guides and says plainly where the dashboard itself is not described.
No source describes the layout of the account dashboard in detail, so this page does not list menus or screens. It explains the structure behind them: who owns the account, who handles money and which words recur in dealer guides.
These are the words dealer guides use most often for who holds an account and who manages it.
A regular bettor holds a User account, and a Dealer manages it on the bettor's behalf.
The person who creates accounts, answers balance questions and handles deposits and withdrawals.
The higher levels in the four-level structure that sits above the Dealer.
Terms you need to understand before you sign in.
The login name your dealer sends with the password. It is the first of the two fields on the sign-in page.
The second field on the sign-in page. Your dealer usually issues a new one when the old one stops working.
The address of the sign-in page. Guides say it changes, so keep the working version bookmarked.
The person who sets up your account and handles money requests on WhatsApp.
The account levels that sit above your own, and why they matter when something goes wrong.
The level most players hold, managed by a Dealer above them.
The level above a Dealer in the structure guides describe. Its exact role is not detailed in published guides.
The top of the four levels in the structure guides describe. Its functions are not published.
The level of your dealer decides who created your account and who you should contact about money questions.
Three everyday situations and the term that applies to each one.
Ask your dealer, who usually issues new credentials when a password stops working.
Message your dealer with the deposit confirmation and the time you sent the money.
Dashboard questions go to the dealer, because this site has no view of your account and cannot describe the screens you see.
Ask the dealer for a short explanation of what your balance and recent activity mean.
Describe the screen in words or send a screenshot, and never send your password to anyone to get help.
The answers say what published guides cover and what they leave out.
No reliable list of what the account screen shows is published, so this guide does not name any screen. Ask your dealer.
Not confirmed. Ask your dealer for the current balance.
Guides say the dealer creates the account, so the dealer can tell you their name and how to reach them.
No. The site cannot see accounts and does not show balances, so the dealer is the only person who can explain your own account.
